Two ways to receive your order
Delivery
We deliver across the West Bank and Jerusalem through a trusted shipping partner. Delivery typically arrives within 2–3 days of order confirmation. The customer covers the delivery fee unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.
Pickup
We regularly send orders to friends and family who travel to specific points — Birzeit University, Al-Quds University, and other locations across the area on certain days of the week. If pickup works better for you, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll match your location and timing.
Every order is confirmed personally
We respond to every message ourselves. Tell us where you'd like the order to go and we'll handle the rest.
