Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Right here on the site. Add what you love to your bag, then check out — choose delivery to your area or free pickup, and your order comes straight to us. We confirm every order personally, and you'll get a private link to follow it from confirmed to delivered.

Have a question first? Send us a DM on Instagram — we answer every message ourselves.

How do I know if something is in stock?

If a product has no "Sold out" badge, it's ready to order. When something sold out is marked "Back soon", a restock is already on its way to us.

A product I want is sold out — now what?

Open the product and tap "Notify me" — leave your number and we'll message you the moment it's back. You can also tap the heart to keep it in your wishlist.

What payment do you accept?

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or in person at pickup. We'll agree on the easiest option when we confirm your order.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Delivery fees by area (always shown at checkout before you place your order):

  • اريحا — Jericho: ₪10
  • الضفة — West Bank: ₪25
  • القدس — Jerusalem: ₪35
  • الداخل — Inside ('48): ₪80

Pickup is always free — choose it at checkout, and once your order is confirmed we'll contact you with the pickup location and details.

Do you ship outside the West Bank and Jerusalem?

Not currently. We're focused on serving our local community well.

Where is my order?

Your confirmation link shows your order's status any time — confirmed, on the way, delivered. You can also find your recent orders under My orders on the site.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source from the brands we trust and from official channels. If you ever have a concern about authenticity, message us — we'll make it right.

Can I return an item?

We handle returns case-by-case. Most issues can be resolved within a week of delivery. Send us a DM and we'll work it out together.

How can I be the first to know about new arrivals?

Follow us on Instagram — new arrivals and sales show up there first.
